I visited Bianco Kitchen during Vivid Sydney while exploring the light installations, and it turned out to be one of the most comforting vegetarian meals of the trip. However, the restaurant is located in Rockdale, so it requires a short train ride from the city. A meal for two where we ordered one dish each cost us AUD 60.

James Squire Brewhouse, Darling Harbour
